MIKE BEATTY  is a hunter that prides himself on his upbringing in the hills of rural Pennsylvania. Where under the wing of his brother-n-law Jerry Michael who taught Mike the craft of being a true woodsman. Mike feels he has definitely paid his dues chasing whitetail and other critters that call the woods their home.
In 1988, Mike joined the military and was stationed at a base in Ohio. Mike was married to a local girl Toni and after traveling the world returned to Greene Co. Ohio. After settling in Ohio, Mike and his wife started a family and have resided in Ohio ever since.
On November 8, 2000 Mike arrowed one of the greatest bucks ever harvested by a hunter. The giant buck has since been known as the BeattyBuck. Since that fateful November day, Mike was thrown into the limelight. Overnight, the BeattyBuck became a legend among hunters.
The BeattyBuck recorded a score of 304 6/8 and is currently the state record for Ohio. The first official scoring for the BeattyBuck was preformed by The Buckeye Big Buck Club. The official scoring session lasted 8 hours and is the score recognized by Mike. Pope & Young scored the BeattyBuck 294 0/0 and is the current World Record.
The BeattyBuck has opened several doors for Mike. He has been able to have some amazing experiences with some of his own hunting icons. These experiences include elk hunting with Primos, whitetail hunting with MossyOak, and hunting all over the place with the Huntin' the World boys.
Mike has put a lot of energy into this new DVD series project. When Mike does seminars or shows he is often asked, "When are you coming out with your own show or DVD."  His response, "lets take baby steps." "We'll try a few DVD's and see where it takes us."

.    JEREMY RUCKEL was raised in the hills of Northeast Kentucky near the Ohio River where he currently resides with his wife and daughters.
Along side his father, Jeremy has been an avid hunter and outdoorsman since his childhood.  Joining the Tagdout Pro Staff has allowed him the opportunity to meet people that share the same outdoor values. Jeremy is currently the host of the Lewis County Sportsmen's Expo, and he continues to reach out and share these same values to the community.
Jeremy was featured with his outstanding velvet buck in a 2008 issue of Kentucky Game & Fish Magazine. The buck was his first Pope & Young  trophy. He hopes to share many more quests for these amazing animals with the TAGDOUT team.

STEVE BENTON is the senior member of the pro-staff, yet his age is overshadowed by a passion for bow hunting and being outdoors. Steve now lives in Greene County Ohio, but his youth was spent hunting and fishing in the hills of Kentucky. Last fall he got off to a great start by harvesting a huge 14-point, 300 pound deer on video.
Steve has a passion for adventure as he spent four years in New Mexico as a park ranger at Bandelier National Monument.
For the past twenty-nine years, Steve has been a high school Industrial Technology and Photography teacher, and he has always enjoyed sharing his favorite hunting stories with his students. He knows that the sport of hunting is a tradition that must be passed on to the youth today in order to protect it for future generations.
Steve is honored to be a part of the TAGDOUT team, and he looks forward to helping it grow. One of his favorite aspects of being a pro-staff member is meeting and sharing stories with other hunters when he attends shows around the country. He wants to challenge anyone who has a dream of taking a big buck on video to turn off the TV, get off of the couch, grab a camera and start hunting. His dream is coming true and your's can too!
.    MARK SCHEEL has been an avid bowhunter and outdoorsman for twenty-four years. Addicted to the season preparation and up-close encounters with whitetail, Mark has made bowhunting an obsession with his personal and professional life.
Mark has been fortunate to harvest several trophy whitetail bucks with the largest gross scoring 174" and 197". The 197" typical 14 point was featured in Awesome Whitetails 5, Bowhunter Magazine and Rack Magazine.
His countless hours in the stand and days of scouting has taught him how to target key areas for whitetail movement allowing for opportunities to catch these encounters on videotape. Food plot management has become an off season infatuation that Mark is convinced plays a major role in his success as a serious bowhunter. Understanding the natural feeding habits of whitetail deer puts him a step ahead when the season arrives.
Mark spends most of the spring chasing longbeards, and he spends all of the fall and winter setting up on whitetails in Kentucky and Ohio. He is excited about joining forces with Mike and the TAGDOUT team, and he looks forward to sharing his outdoor experiences.

David Wolf  is our newest member to the TAGDOUT team. David spends his spring time chasing gobblers over the ridge tops of Glouster, Ohio. Soon after turkey season, he begins planting spring food plots in preparation for the Ohio Archery Deer Season.
Staying true to his roots, David goes hunting with his dad every chance he gets. Being introduced to hunting at the young age of  5, he credits his father for teaching him everything he knows about hunting.
With a number of trophys, including a 156" 10 pt buck that he shot in 2007 and a Pope & Young  8 point buck that he managed to take on his birthday this past fall. David truely is a Bonehead.
Tom Pekar is yet another avid outdoorsman from Southwestern PA.  His love for the outdoors began at the age of ten and has endured for over three decades since.  Other than a five year stint in the military, Tom has lived in Greene County PA his entire life.
Although Tom enjoys archery hunting for Whitetails, Mule Deer and Elk, his true passion is and always will be the pursuit of the Wild Turkey.  He took his first gobbler at the age of 16 and has contributed to the demise of many toms since.
In recent years, Tom has carried a camera instead of a gun because he is committed to teaching his son and protege, Joel, the art of hunting.  Together these two log many hours running and gunning the hills of PA, WV and NC.
Tom is proud of the fact that he introduced his good friend Mike Beatty to the world of turkey hunting.  Their first hunt together resulted in Mike taking a trophy gobbler with double spurs on each leg.  Go figure! Tom is excited for the opportunity to be a part of the TAGDOUT Team.

Brandon Bryant was raised in the rolling hills and along the winding Ohio river in Northeast Kentucky, where he still calls it his home.
Following in the foot steps of his grandpa, Brandon is keeping the family tradition alive by chasing the amazing whitetails and long beards across the Kentucky ridge tops. He has learned many tips and tricks from his grandpa to be able to show off several of his outstanding white tails with his best recording a 151" in 2007.
With his passion for the outdoors he thought there be no better way then to keep  it going than to join up with the wonderful people of the Tagdout team.

Seth Benton a 25 year old native of Ohio, was born to hunt. Tagging his first deer, an 8 pointer, with his compound bow at the young age of 14 got him love-struck on hunting. He is an avid bowhunter, only taking the gun off the shelf to shoot the coyotes at long range. Seth says he'll hunt anything from a mouse to a moose, he is always up for the challenge. When not in the woods he is a professional photographer, running his own business shooting weddings, senior photos, and anything else the job requires. He is also part of our armed forces serving in the Army National Guard as a weapon specialist. Seth prefers to put in his time always scouting, shed hunting, planting food plots and practicing with his bow. He not only wants success for himself, but also for his father, Steve Benton, his two brothers, and the Tagdout family. If Seth isn't busy making money, your best bet to find him is in the woods with his bow.
